Is Invisalign the right treatment for me?
Invisalign suits most adults and teenagers who'd like straighter teeth without the visibility of metal braces. It works well for crowding, gaps and spacing, mild to moderate bite issues, and for tidying up smiles that have shifted with age - which is something we see a lot of in our Bedford patients who had braces years ago.
If you'd prefer not to commit to fixed braces - perhaps because you're self-conscious about how they look, your job involves a lot of speaking or being on camera, or you want to be able to take them out for special occasions - Invisalign tends to feel like a much easier fit. The aligners come out for meals, photos and important meetings, then go straight back in.
