If you're thinking about joining Teamcare as a new patient, we're glad you're here. We've been part of Bedford for over 100 years, and our reputation is built on something simple: looking after our patients calmly, carefully and without ever rushing them. Whether you're moving into the area, looking for a change from your current dentist, or coming back to dental care after some time away, you'll find a practice that takes the time to get things right.
Your first visit is easy to book and entirely no-pressure. You can register as a new patient online or over the phone, and we'll give you proper time at your first appointment - typically 30 minutes - to take a full history, do a thorough examination and talk through anything that's on your mind. There's no expectation that you'll commit to treatment on the day.

Book your first appointment
The simplest way to register as a new patient is to book your first appointment - either through our online booking system, which is available any time of day, or by calling our reception team during opening hours. We'll register you on the day, so there's no separate paperwork to fill out before you visit.
Free consultations for Invisalign and implants
If you're specifically interested in Invisalign or dental implants, your first consultation is free. There's no deposit, no obligation and no pressure - just a relaxed conversation with our Treatment Coordinator Jess about whether the treatment is right for you, with a written plan and clear quote if you'd like to proceed.
For Invisalign, we'll include a free 3D iTero scan worth £350 and a digital smile simulation. For implants, we'll arrange a CT scan if appropriate to plan your treatment in detail.
Fees and finance
We believe in transparent pricing and honest conversations about cost. Our routine examinations start from £69, with new patient examinations from £55 (bite wing X-rays included). For larger treatments, we offer 0% interest-free finance over 12 months, longer interest-bearing finance up to 5 years through Tabeo, and £0 deposits on selected treatments.

Denplan membership
If you'd prefer to spread the cost of your routine dental care into one simple monthly payment, our Denplan membership covers your check-ups and hygiene visits, with worldwide dental emergency cover included. Members also receive a discount on additional treatments.
There's no sign-up fee and no minimum term - and we'll talk through your plan options at your initial check-up if you're interested.
Nervous patient? You're not alone
Dental anxiety is far more common than people realise, and our calm, unhurried approach is built around making patients comfortable. We'll go at your pace, never make you feel rushed or judged, and offer IV sedation through a trusted outside agency if it would help you have treatment more comfortably.
