From single implant cases through to full arch reconstructions, including same-day teeth where suitable. Treatment is led by our highly experienced visiting implant clinician, with detailed CT planning at a partner practice nearby.

Complex cosmetic work

Including smile makeovers combining Invisalign, veneers and whitening. Our principal dentist Jai Basudev has cosmetic dentistry as a long-standing special interest.

Treatment under IV sedation

Invisalign treatment

As an Invisalign Apex Provider for over five years, we're trusted with cases ranging from simple aligner work to more complex bite corrections.

Full mouth restorative work

Including cases combining implants, crowns, bridges and dentures across multiple appointments.

What to expect after your referral

Once we've received your referral, here's what happens next.

We acknowledge receipt

Our reception team will confirm receipt of your referral within one working day, usually sooner.

We contact the patient

Our Treatment Coordinator Jess will reach out to your patient to arrange their initial consultation - typically a free consultation for implant or Invisalign cases.

Initial consultation and treatment plan

At the consultation, we'll assess the case in detail (including a CT scan for implant cases where appropriate) and produce a clear written treatment plan.

Updates throughout treatment

We'll keep you informed at key stages of the patient's journey - completion of major appointments, any changes to the plan, or anything else you'd want to know.

Returning the patient to you

Once treatment is complete, the patient returns to your practice for their ongoing routine care. We'll send a final summary of the work completed and any follow-up recommendations.

Frequently asked questions about Invisalign in Bedford

How quickly will my patient be seen?

We aim to contact your patient within one working day of receiving your referral. The actual appointment date depends on the patient's availability and the urgency of the case - we'll let you know if there's any delay.

Will my patient be returned to my practice for ongoing care?

Yes - that's how we work. We carry out the specific treatment you've referred for, send you a summary at the end, and return the patient to you for their routine care. We don't poach referred patients.

Do you charge a referral fee?

No - there's no charge for the referral process itself. Patient fees for treatment are paid directly by the patient or through their finance arrangements.

Will you communicate with me throughout treatment?

Yes - we send updates at key stages of the patient's journey and a full summary at completion. If you'd prefer a particular method of communication (email, post, phone), just let us know.

Can I refer a nervous patient?

Do you provide the CT scan or do I need to arrange it?

For implant cases, we arrange the CT scan ourselves at a trusted partner practice nearby - it's part of our consultation process. You don't need to organise it.

What information should I include in my referral?

Please include the patient's contact details, a brief summary of the case, any relevant medical history and what specific treatment you're referring for. Existing X-rays, scans and treatment notes are also helpful where available.
