The Teamcare dental team have always been first class and I've been with them for 50 years. I unfortunately had to have an extraction which was performed brilliantly. I never really felt a thing. I was a bit nervous as I've not had a tooth out for 40 years, but I didn't need to worry, it was cool. Aftercare was fantastic from everyone on duty that day (enough said). Thank you so much

I have been a patient at Teamcare since I moved here in 1996. My three children and Husband also. I could not imagine ever going anywhere else. They are simply brilliant. Steven, is just the kindest and reassuring Dentist and the staff are professional and caring.

I have now attended Teamcare Dental Practice for over 20 years -although prior to going there, I had never willingly attended the dentist and had unwisely ignored my oral health. However, since 'Day One' at Teamcare, my faith in dentists has been restored because of their "Calm and Caring Dentistry" approach, and I now even look forward to Pep's appointments. My most recent visit, when I needed a filling, was an example of his brilliant skills. Yes - it was mildly uncomfortable, but I relaxed knowing that it was being done professionally - and with Pep's and his dental nurse's patient care focus, they managed to reduce any anxiety. Thank you to you both, and to the efficient reception staff too, with their pleasant manner and regular appointment reminders.

There is no doubt that this long established dental practice in Bedford is exceptional. The team are professional, sensitive and understanding. I have benefitted from both their private and NHS care over the years and cannot fault either. Workmanship is always of the highest standard. They do have a good emergency service from 9am to 10am which is a real god send for when you get those rare toothaches etc. I did have a few problems with the latter once due to staff sickness and a faulty router, but I am sure they have put in place practices to resolve those issues should they arise again in the future.

Like a lot of people, I had a nervous disposition towards having any kind of dental treatment and had not been to a dentist for sometime ... but after having received treatment at the Teamcare Dental Practice, my whole experience was unexpectedly relaxed and positively amazing. Just had a bone graft done in preparation for a tooth implant at Teamcare. The information and telephone call I received before the appointment to put me at ease and fully explain the procedure was very much appreciated. The professional high standards, the perfect patient care, during the procedure always give me confidence. I have been going to Teamcare for a few years , and each time I go, the care and results have been first class.

Saw the new dental hygienist on 12th March. He was very thorough and talked me through the procedures asking for input where appropriate. After my treatment he demonstrated how to correctly use my inter dental brushes ,with me holding a mirror so I could see. Much appreciated as it turns out I have not been doing it entirely correctly. My teeth looked and felt very healthy and unstained after my visit and I am booked up for my next appointment already! Many thanks.

I first attended as an emergency patient, in pain, stressed, frustrated ... I hadn't been able to get a BUPA appointment within a week, but with the online booking system at this practice, I was able to be seen within 24hrs. My dentist, Pep Marin, was amazing and calming, giving me great confidence from the minute we met, he explained everything he was planning at every stage and was very good at explaining my problem to me. The emergency treatment was successful and my follow up appointment to repair a missing filling and de-Scale my teeth was equally rewarding. It is very refreshing to have a professional person make your appointment a positive experience. I understood at all times what was involved in my care and I'm came away very impressed. I would recommend them wholeheartedly.

I had an appointment yesterday with Dr Elena Irimia - she is amazing I have to say! Her quiet demeanour and gentle manner are just what you need when you are having a procedure of the type you have never experienced before. I had a gingivectomy which included laser treatment. I did not feel any pain whatsoever and no after effects. I highly recommend Elena.

I liaised with Beckie on reception quite a bit in the run-up to my appointment as I had some specific concerns about my teeth - she was really helpful and relayed everything to Steven Murphy to ensure everything went perfectly on the day and there was sufficient time to complete my treatment. My recent appointment at Teamcare Dental Practice was an extraction. I was apprehensive! Steven Murphy made me feel at ease by explaining the process and then giving a running commentary as he extracted my broken tooth. I found this helpful. Before leaving, I was given information about aftercare. I expected my gum to be painful for a few days, but it wasn't. I only took two paracetamol after the anaesthetic wore off.

Teamcare Dental Practice is honestly amazing! The best move I ever made was to them. I suffer with so much anxiety and I get really worked up on going. I have recently had my first crown fitted and I was so worried Dr Murphy put me at ease and talked through with me the whole process. Honestly can't recommend them enough! My children now go there and they are great with them. From the receptionist to the dentists the whole process is so calm and reassuring.

I've recently signed up to TeamCare Dental as finding an NHS dentist was impossible. I went in for a root canal, and although it was a little pricier, you get what you pay for. The dentist (Mohammed) has been so explanatory through every step of the way, and makes sure you are completely aware of what is going to be done. The nurse who's name I didn't catch, has also been amazing. Every 5 minutes or so asking if I'm OK and humming along to the songs on the radio to really make you feel at ease. I'm not a big fan of the dentists and get quite nervous before appointments but going back again I feel really confident in their ability, communication and commitment to making my teeth 100% how they should be. Definitely recommend this dental practice!

I need a lot of gum treatments. A year on Dr Elena had done a brilliant job. She has the best ability to put someone at ease that i have ever seen in a dentist. Now I don't worry about having a sleepless night before an appointment. I highly recommend.

Pep Marin is kind and patient, and explains everything really clearly. He's obviously very into what he does! In fact, while I was there getting a filling, his assistant mentioned how much he loves root canals (he quickly promised not to give me one). The staff are all super friendly, from the receptionist to the hygienist to both dentists I've seen. I'm glad my family found TeamCare.

From the moment you step into the practice the receptionist's are very friendly and helpful, as a new patient just filled out a form while waiting to be seen, my dentist Pep is very polite and welcoming from the start as I am a very nervous patient he puts you at ease, gives you a few things to divert your attention, shows you items which he is using, talking you through the process as he is doing it, which for people like me is very helpful and makes the experience manageable, I would definitely recommend pep to any nervous person, I'll definitely be using this practice again and as I pay for my treatment it's definitely worth it. Professional yet relaxed appointment, putting me at ease for my procedure. Dr Murphy was very patient and skilled, handling the tools with precision and care. Pain free treatment, which hadn't been the case with previous dentist. The nurse/assistant was very attentive, excellent use of the vacuum and checked in on me a couple of times. All finished in a timely manner with good advice upon leaving to ensure my comfort and success of the treatment. The receptionist was personable and efficient, and the price was very good.

Team Care truly lives up to it's name. The reception staff were welcoming, caring and understanding and arranged appointments which suited my husband's work times. Elena is very caring, skilled and thorough - it's easy to see why she is an award winning dentist. My husband had a new patient check up, clean and 2 fillings from her needing no pain relief and he is very happy with the work. We also loved how she gave advice such as use a child's size toothbrush to get to hard to reach areas. So happy to have found this dental practice!

Been with Teamcare for 40 years and Pep Marin since he arrived from Spain. Used to be terrified of dentists after childhood experiences. I've been going to Teamcare since I was little and wouldn't go anywhere else. I've seen a couple of different dentists over the years but everyone is so welcoming and friendly. They take care of you. If you have questions they can answer or find out the answer for you. Now my little boy is registered there too. We see Mr Murphy, he was lovely and friendly especially when checking my little boy's teeth. He's cheerful and will often sing along to the radio which makes me relax especially when I'm in the chair. Thank you!

Whilst visiting the dentist is unlikely to ever be considered 'a pleasure', Teamcare make it as pleasurable as possible. The reception staff are always friendly, Steven and his assistant are always prompt to see me and also friendly. Appointment reminder texts and emails are life savers!
